  3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
    Your data will be collected to enable VAXIMM GmbH to verify if you might be employed for the position you have applied for. The data will be used to check beforehand if we will invite you for an interview.The data are collected based on Sec 26(1) clause 1 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
  4. Transmission of personal data provided by you
    Your personal data will be transmitted within VAXIMM GmbH only, where the HR department will provide them to management and to the line manager for the position you have applied for. During the application process, the data will be stored in a separate folder.In addition, staff from our IT department can access all data to ensure the operational safety of our IT systems. However, staff from the IT department will access your data only if this is really necessary to guarantee the operational safety of our IT systems.
  5. Duration of storage of your personal data
    In case we hire you, we will process and store your data in your personnel file based on Sec.  26 BDSG for the duration of your employment and in order to implement it.If you will not be considered for the position, your data will be stored no longer than six months after posting the rejection.
  6. Data subject rights
    You are entitled to the following rights under the GDPR:If your personal data are processed, you have the right to access information about the personal data stored concerning you (Article 15 GDPR).Should inaccurate personal data be processed, you have a right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR).If the legal requirements are met, you may request erasure or restriction of processing as well as enter an objection to processing (cf. Article 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). If you request erasure or restriction of processing while the application process is ongoing or if you object to processing, we will no longer be able to evaluate if you can be considered for employment.Should you exercise any of your aforementioned rights, VAXIMM GmbH will check whether the relevant legal requirements have been met.
